Barre & Pilates Classes For All Levels of Fitness
All Levels

Diamond Barre
Our signature class. Open to all levels. In this low impact, high energy workout we’ll use body-weight exercises combined with small props. Incorporating isometric movements followed by customized stretch sequences. Target specific muscle groups to improve strength, flexibility, endurance and posture. All set to music and inspired by ballet, Pilates and yoga techniques. Join us for a 60 minute, total-body class.
Barre 45
A 45 minute version of our signature class. Open to all levels. In this low impact, high energy workout we’ll use body-weight exercises combined with small props. Incorporating isometric movements followed by customized stretch sequences. Target specific muscle groups to improve strength, flexibility, endurance and posture. All set to music and inspired by ballet, pilates and yoga techniques. Expect to move a little faster than our 60 minute class for 45 minutes of total-body work.
Barre Express
Switch up your traditional barre work with this 45 min mat-based, barre-less class. Incorporating elements of our signature class with added balance and stability challenges down on the mat. We’ll use ankle weights in addition to our small props and body weight sequences. Flow through 45 minutes of total-body exercises all set to music, down on the mat.
Barre Plus
Welcome to our version of cardio barre, take your barre workout to the next level! Test your endurance & stamina with a cardio version of our signature class. Quicker tempos and choreography all set to music, intended to challenge your body & mind. Elevate your heart rate and get your muscles burning. All movement can be modified, we recommend taking at least one of our signature classes before taking Barre Plus.
Beach Barre
Join us for the Diamond Barre workouts you love, outside, with custom-made portable barres. Combining our signature class with elements from our Express class this total body workout is sure to have you burning and shaking right in the sand. Don’t forget your Beach towel! Class will be held on 24th Street Beach in Ocean City, weather permitting.
Open to current and new clients must be 15 years of age with parent consent (if under 18) to participate. In the event of bad weather, all clients will be early cancelled and the class will be credited back to your Momence account to book at a later date .
Diamond Sculpt
Combine high intensity movements with cardio bursts inspired by barre technique to challenge your body and increase your stamina. This DBF original class will test your balance and strength with barre-less sequences to start and flow down to your mat to target the core. The high energy of barre, the precision of pilates all in one class. 45 minutes, total body. We recommend taking one of our signature Diamond Barre classes before taking sculpt.
Diamond Dance Cardio

The little treat you didn't know you needed! Show your body the love it deserves, join us for 45 min of fun, energizing movement incorporating elements of barre & dance for a total body workout. Alternate between signature dances to elevate the heart rate and sculpt sequences to target specific muscle groups. Accessible to all levels with repetitive & easy to follow choreography. All set to a specially curated playlist!
Pilates

Mat Pilates
This Contemporary Pilates class builds on the fundamental Pilates principles of control, precision, breath, and flow, while incorporating modern variations and props. It's designed for all fitness levels and aims to improve core strength, balance, flexibility, and body awareness.
Mat Pilates Arc
A full body class with a focus on the deep core muscles and pelvic floor control. Students will use the Pilates Arc to increase mobility & control while diving deeper into traditional Pilates exercises. This apparatus will elevate your precision in your Pilates practice, challenging your stability, strength & flexibility. Small class sizes allow for individual expert attention & assists.
Pilates Strength
Adding strength to challenge the stabilization of our contemporary mat Pilates class, this 45 minute class is a low-impact, high-reward workout. With a deep focus on postural alignment and proper form, this class combines strength training and pilates principles. Use heavier dumbbells and additional equipment to load movement patterns for increased muscle development and bone density.
Restorative Pilates
This Contemporary Pilates class builds on the fundamental Pilates principles of control, precision, breath, and flow, while incorporating modern variations and props. It's designed for all fitness levels and aims to improve core strength, balance, flexibility, and body awareness. Our restorative class moves at a slower pace and utilizes the foam roller to relax, refresh, and revive tired muscles.
Beach Pilates
Join us for a Contemporary Pilates class, outside. This class builds on the fundamental Pilates principles of control, precision, breath, and flow, while incorporating modern variations. It's designed for all fitness levels and aims to improve core strength, balance, flexibility, and body awareness. Don’t forget your Beach towel! Reformer Pilates

Reformer Basics Demo
Join us for a free 30 minute demo session on the Reformer. This session includes a quick history lesson on Joseph Pilates and the origination and anatomy of the Reformer. The instructor will guide you through basic exercises to give you an idea of what to expect in a group class and the confidence to participate safely.
All Levels Reformer
This class blends traditional Pilates exercises with a contemporary approach on the Reformer, offering a dynamic workout that strengthens, lengthens, and aligns the body. Focusing on core engagement, breath control, and mind-body connection. This class utilizes the Reformer's springs to add resistance and assistance, making it suitable for beginners and those seeking a more advanced challenge. If you are brand new to Reformer please attend one of our 1/2 hour demo sessions or contact us to book a private session before taking an all levels class.
Advanced Reformer
*Must have instructor permission to take advanced level class.* This class blends traditional Pilates exercises with a contemporary approach on the Reformer, offering a dynamic workout that strengthens, lengthens, and aligns the body. Focusing on core engagement, breath control, and mind-body connection. This class utilizes the Reformer's springs to add resistance and assistance, intended for Pilates students seeking an advanced challenge and progressing in their pilates practice.

Can't make a group class time or not ready to workout in a group setting quite yet? Interested in taking your barre fitness to the next level with one on one instruction? Want to start slow before jumping into a group class?
Private sessions are for you! All sessions are scheduled to your desired day and time based on studio and instructor availability. Small group sessions & private parties are also available for in studio or on location. Contact us for rates.

Choose from full barre and pilates classes or quick segments focused on individual muscle groups.
