Diamond's instructors have a variety of backgrounds including dance, personal training, and Pilates. The Diamond Barre staff is always ready to answer questions and help you reach your wellness goals.

Meet The Owner
An Ocean City native, Holly Wentz is thrilled to introduce Diamond Barre Fitness to her hometown. Wentz is a 2013 graduate of The University of the Arts in Philadelphia, PA where she received her BFA in Jazz Dance performance. Following graduation, Wentz, completed her certification to become a Barre Fitness instructor and fell in love with the technique. Wentz instructed in the greater Philadelphia area while also teaching dance to students of all ages. With years of teaching experience both on the east and west coast and multiple fitness certifications, Holly is ecstatic to introduce Diamond Barre Fitness to America's greatest family resort.

Stephanie Trentalange
Barre Instructor
Stephanie was born in Orange County, California and knew from a young age that dancing was her passion. She trained at California State University, Long Beach, graduating with a B.F.A. in Dance. Stephanie relocated to New York City and performed principal dance roles on Saturday Night Live, The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, America's Got Talent, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel and more. During this time, Stephanie enjoyed teaching barre classes at renowned gyms and fitness studios in NYC. She also assumed head coaching positions for college dance teams in the tristate area.

Morgan D'Alessia
Barre Instructor
Morgan is an actor based in NYC & South Jersey. She has her group fitness certification and personal training certification from ACE and specializes in Senior fitness. Morgan believes motion is lotion and every body can Barre!

Karly Lombard
Barre Instructor
Karly started ballet, tap, and gymnastics at a very young age and eventually grew into a long successful career in competitive cheerleading. Karly continued to grow her passion for fitness through long distance running but missed the spark cheering gave. Barre reignited that spark & allowed Karly to connect deeper with her body & challenge muscles in the same way that cheer did. When not in the studio or on a run Karly is a registered dietitian nutritionist helping people fuel their bodies appropriately to feel their best! Karly just opened her own Nutrition & Dietetics practice in Linwood.

Lydia Buckwalter
Barre Instructor
Growing up as a gymnast, dancer, figure skater, field hockey player, and track runner, Lydia's passion for fitness and desire to understand the human body not only inspired a career in nursing, but also led to a strong interest in barre. Teaching at Diamond Barre combines Lydia's passion for exercises and promoting health through total body; low-impact workouts.

Sarah Maher
Barre Instructor-Pre Natal Focus
Sarah is a Wildwood Crest native with a dance background. During her college education, Sarah traveled extensively and discovered a desire to help others reach their fullest potential. Sarah is a mother of three & is passionate about helping new and soon-to-be mothers find a work. out that is safe & effective

Kimberly Monteleone
Barre Instructor
Originally from Absecon, NJ, Kim now calls Ocean City home, where she’s lived for the past eight years. A former kindergarten teacher and now retail manager at Bowfish Kids, Kim brings warmth, energy, and a positive attitude to all her classes. With a background in dance and a lifelong love for working out, she’s been teaching at Diamond Barre for the past three years. When she’s not in the studio or on the sales floor, you can find her enjoying the beach with her husband and children.

Heather Pomykacz
Pilates & Barre Instructor
After studying Health Communications at Montclair State University, Heather had a growing passion for wellness from the inside out. As a former EMT, Heather found the study of anatomy and functional movement fascinating and jumped into her Pilates teacher training at Balanced Body

Samantha Thompson
​Barre Instructor
Growing up, Samantha found a love of dance and went on to receive her BFA in Jazz Dance Performance from The University of the Arts in Philadelphia. She graduated with honors & accepted an "Excellence in Jazz Dance" award. Samantha has moved around the country teaching barre and dance to students and clients of all ages before settling in Ocean City.

Ciera Howard
Barre Instructor
Ciera grew up in Ocean City and is currently a student at Bentley University. With a competitive dance background, she loves high energy classes full of fun new playlists. Barre classes remind Ciera of the joy she finds in movement through dance.

Helen Scull
Pilates Instructor
Helen holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Russell Sage College. She progressed into the Pilates world after taking a break from nursing to raise her 3 children. Prior to beginning her Pilates journey, Helen also courageously battled breast cancer twice. Managing the perils of cancer was one of the primary motivations behind Helen's progress into Pilates and fitness. Helen is a comprehensively Balanced Body trained instructor. She has been sharing her requisite knowledge, training, and experience with others in local communities for the past eight years. Helen is excited and committed to sharing her relevant knowledge and passion with others, no matter their current ability.

Stacie Holmes
​Pilates Instructor
Stacie is a PMA certified, Balanced Body Comprehensively trained contemporary Pilates instructor. She has been an instructor for over 10 years with multiple certifications and training specializing in chronic pain, women's health and wellness, pre and post natal recovery including diastasis recti and pelvic floor function, and injury/surgery recovery. She is a Balanced Body Master Instructor for Anatomy of Movement so she teaches from a deep understanding of the human body and imparts that knowledge and empowerment onto all of her students.

Beka Rendell
Pilates Instructor
Beka became a certified instructor in 2019 through the Drexel Pilates Training Program and has loved every second of helping people feel stronger and more at home in their bodies. She taught at Penn and Thrive in Philadelphia and works the off-season in Chestnut Hill. Beka's philosophy is movement should feel like self-care, not a punishment.

Samantha Schenck
​Pilates Instructor
Samantha is a movement professional who has studied ballet and modern dance her whole life. She is a 200 hour certified yoga teacher and has a Drexel Pilates teaching certificate. Samantha values all bodies and all levels of movement in her classes and finds joy in teaching.
